Handcrafted Steak Bao Buns

Expertly seared tenderloin in two fluffy bao buns, with whipped herb chèvre, sautéed mushrooms, pickled red onions and truffle tarragon aioli.

Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Napa Valley

Rich and round on the palate, with textural tannins. Evidence of French oak but not overplayed, showcasing a distinctly Napa expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Caymus-Suisun Redgale Grenache

Suisun Valley

Scents of ripe strawberry and sweet spices. Notes of dark cherry, pomegranate and oak with a rich, dry finish.

Red Schooner 'Transit 3' Red Blend

Australia

Vibrant with scents of berry basket, chocolate covered strawberries and mint. Soft tannins give the spotlight to lush, bright fruit.
